Recommend it

Price wise, a bit pricey, but overall not too bad, I received it quite quickly, which I was well pleased with that. This company has done a great job, I would really recommend other to try this company and their products out!!

my IPL device stopped working

my IPL device stopped working so i reached out to roseskinco customer service via email and FB page and they responded within 24 hour. they assisted me on the process on how i can raise defect form. I send them a video of the device not working and after their assessment that it is a defective product, they have sent me a replacement. and i received it 10 days after i sent the email and 8 days (weekend included) after their assessment. super quick response. thank you!
